**Viz.Fo Ticket Terms and Conditions**
1. **Who We Are:** This document involves you (the ticket buyer) and us, JDC Consult (the organizers of Viz.Fo).
2. **Agreement to Terms:** By buying a ticket, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t buy a ticket or try to enter Viz.Fo.
3. **Changes to Terms:** We might change these terms without telling you beforehand. Check our website (HTTPS://VIZ.FO) for updates.
4. **Your Ticket:** Your ticket is a temporary pass for Viz.Fo on May 2nd and 3rd, 2024. We can cancel it at any time without notice or refund.
5. **Your Responsibility:** Once you get your ticket, its safety is your responsibility. We’re not liable if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
6. **Buying Tickets:** Only buy tickets from our website. If you buy from somewhere else and it’s a fake or stolen ticket, it won’t be valid.
7. **Use of Tickets:** Don’t resell, copy, or use your ticket for promotions without our permission. If you do, we’ll cancel your ticket.
8. **No Cash Value:** Tickets can’t be traded for cash, credits, or other benefits.
9. **Violations:** We’ll investigate any misuse of tickets. Our decision is final in any disputes.
10. **No Refunds After Event Start:** No refunds once Viz.Fo starts on May 2nd 2024.
11. **No Refunds for Access Issues:** If you can’t access parts of the event for various reasons (like weather or regulations), we won’t give refunds.
12. **Cancellation Policy:** If Viz.Fo is completely cancelled, we may reschedule, refund (partly or fully), or not refund at all. Our decision is final.
13. **No Control Situations:** If cancelled due to events beyond our control (like natural disasters), we might refund partially, fully, or postpone the event.
14. **Rescheduling:** If Viz.Fo is moved to another date, no refunds. If cancelled, refunds cover only the ticket price, not other fees.
15. **Exchange Rate Risks:** You bear any losses due to exchange rate changes during refunds.
16. **Final Sales:** All ticket sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
17. **Age Restrictions:** No entry if you’re below the minimum age. No refunds in this case.
18. **ID Requirement:** Bring your ticket and a valid ID to the event.
19. **Personal Information:** By buying a ticket, you allow us to collect and store your personal information.
20. **No Claims:** You can’t claim any surcharges or related entitlements.
21. **Personal Responsibility:** We’re not responsible for any personal or financial harm at the event or for lost/stolen items.
22. **Zero-Tolerance Policy:** We don’t tolerate drugs or offensive behavior. If caught, you’ll be removed, and your ticket will be void.
23. **No Chargeback Rights:** By buying a ticket, you agree not to ask for a chargeback from your card provider.
24. **Final Decision:** In disputes, our decision is final. For unresolved disputes, we might involve an independent third party.
